Tinubu Warns Nigerian Military Not To Interfere With Nigeria Democracy

All Progressive Congress (APC) leader,
Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu has issued a
sternched warning to the Nigeria military
not to disrupt the spirit of democracy in
the country.

The former governor of Lagos State
disclosed this during the House of
Assembly Special Session, which also have
in attendance the Governor of Lagos State,
Akinwunmi Ambode to mark Lagos @ 50
in Alausa, Ikeja on Monday, advising the
military to stay off any form of coup that
won’t help the interest of the Nigerians.

He also appealed to those people who
wants to instigate the military to forefeith
their actions and learn to promote a
better Nigeria.

“There will always be people who wants
to undermine democracy, these people
don’t know government in the dark and
by the few; and by government in the light
and by the learned.

“Just a few days ago we had a warning
that some people are trying to entice the
military out of the barracks; I say don’t try
it.

“I want to add my voice to that warning
that those who wants to break the
democracy for which so many of us
laboured; for which few many people
died; sacrificing and laying their lives, they
are surely mistaking.

The ‘Jaggarban’ further pointed out that
Lagos State will never share from their
deceitful ideas considering the fact that
the nation has come too far for such thing
to materials.

“Nigeria has come too far for such a thing
to happen. Those people will find no
fertile ground to plant their seed in
Lagos. We will not buy their sad product.

Whatever they want to sell is a bad
product and we are going to reject it.

“We will tell them move on from here
because Lagos State will resist and never
share with their thoughts.”
