The Lagos state government
today arraigned 28 male adults before the
Yaba Magistrate Court for allegedly
engaging in homosexual acts in the state.
Recall that the Lagos state police
command arrested 42 suspected
homosexuals at Vincent Hotel at Weigh
bridge in Owode Onirin area of the state
last weekend.
Homosexuality is an illegal
act in Nigeria.
The anti-gay bill was signed
into law by former president, Goodluck
Jonathan in January 2014.
