Anambra Governorship Election: Borno Governor Shettima Heads APC Committee For Primary

The All Progressive Congress has set up a
five-member committee headed by Borno
State Governor Kashim Shettima to conduct
the party’s primaries for the forthcoming
Anambra state Governorship election. The
committee was inaugurated by the APC
National Organizing Secretary, Osita Izunaso
at the party’s national Secretariat in Abuja.

Apart from the committee for the Party’s
Governorship primary election APC also
inaugurated a 3-man appeal committee for
the conduct of the exercise. APC officials say
the appeal committee is set up to ensure
fair hearing for all the aspirants while the
committee for governorship primary is to
organize a hitch-free exercise.

Chairman of the Primary Election
Committee assured that the members of
the committee will work according to the
guidelines given to them by the party.
