A 71 one-year-old lecture in Tanzania has reportedly been arrested for having sexual
intercourse with his 19-year-old student.
According to online users who reacted to the news,it’s totally against Zambian law for lecturers to have an intimate relationship with students of the same school and anyone caught in such act will
face the wrath of the law..
So who is to blame between the young girl and the lecturer?
